Il permet notamment de cr\u00e9er des segments portant non seulement sur les visites mais \u00e9galement sur les visiteurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On appelle ce groupement des <strong>cohortes<\/strong>. Le mot vous fait peur? Ne vous en faites pas, on va en parler plus avant.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Pardon? Des&#8230;\u00a0<strong>cohortes<\/strong>? Et la segmentation?<\/h2>\n<p>Si comme moi vous avez fait du latin et\/ou que vous \u00eates passionn\u00e9(e) pour l&rsquo;art militaire de l&#8217;empire romain, <strong>une cohorte est un sous-ensemble d&rsquo;une l\u00e9gion romaine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez fait un peu de biologie, vous aurez d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu le terme, mais pour autre chose: (<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cohorte_(biologie)\">Wikip\u00e9dia)<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>En biologie, une\u00a0<b>cohorte<\/b>\u00a0est un niveau interm\u00e9diaire introduit entre\u00a0<a title=\"L\u00e9gion (biologie) (page inexistante)\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=L%C3%A9gion_(biologie)&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">l\u00e9gion<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0<a title=\"Ordre (biologie)\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ordre_(biologie)\">ordre<\/a>\u00a0afin de mieux d\u00e9composer l&rsquo;arbre de la vie entre les\u00a0<a title=\"Classe (biologie)\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Classe_(biologie)\">classes<\/a>\u00a0et les\u00a0<a title=\"Ordre (biologie)\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ordre_(biologie)\">ordres<\/a>\u00a0de la\u00a0<a title=\"Classification classique\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Classification_classique\">classification classique<\/a>\u00a0des \u00eatres vivants (voir syst\u00e9matique). Cette notion se substitue aux niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0\u00a0<a title=\"Super-ordre (biologie)\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Super-ordre_(biologie)\">Super-ordre<\/a>\u00a0(<i>Magnorder<\/i>,\u00a0<i>Grand-order<\/i>\u2026 selon les auteurs).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>OK, super. De la classification. en somme. Remarquez, on parle encore de l\u00e9gion donc on est moins paum\u00e9 si on a fait latin \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p>Appliqu\u00e9 au domaine des digital analytics, on pr\u00e9f\u00e9rera la <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cohorte_(d%C3%A9mographie)\">d\u00e9finition socio-d\u00e9mographique de <\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cohorte_(d%C3%A9mographie)\">cohorte<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(Wikipedia):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Une\u00a0<b>cohorte<\/b>\u00a0d\u00e9signe un ensemble d&rsquo;individus ayant v\u00e9cu un m\u00eame \u00e9v\u00e9nement au cours d&rsquo;une m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p>Exemple\u00a0: la\u00a0<i>cohorte<\/i>\u00a0des femmes ayant eu leur premier enfant en\u00a0<a title=\"2005\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/2005\">2005<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>On y arrive. On va donc pouvoir regrouper des <strong>visiteurs<\/strong> selon leur comportement.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent dans Google Analytics, nous \u00e9tions habitu\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;alors \u00e0 utiliser les segments pour mettre en \u00e9vidence les <strong>visites<\/strong> li\u00e9es \u00e0 certains comportements sur le site: provenance, nombre de pages vues, page d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e sur le site, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Mais voyons plut\u00f4t les changements qui sont publics depuis ce lundi mais que je teste depuis un moment en tant que <strong>partenaire agr\u00e9\u00e9 Google Analytics (GACP)<\/strong> avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hub-sales.fr\">Hub&rsquo;Sales<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;interface de segmentation.<\/h2>\n<p>Normalement, on acc\u00e8de aux segments avanc\u00e9s depuis le haut de l&rsquo;interface de reporting, au-dessus de la courbe.<\/p>\n<p>Magique! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/juliencoquet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Google-analytics-cohortes-segments.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1857\" alt=\"Google analytics cohortes segments\" src=\"\/\/juliencoquet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Google-analytics-cohortes-segments.png\" width=\"917\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/juliencoquet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Google-analytics-cohortes-segments.png 917w, https:\/\/juliencoquet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Google-analytics-cohortes-segments-300x139.png 300w, https:\/\/juliencoquet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Google-analytics-cohortes-segments-624x289.png 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 917px) 100vw, 917px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vous remarquerez que les segments sont dans leur section \u00e0 eux. Pas forc\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s pratique. En revanche, cette vue affiche la date de cr\u00e9ation et de modification du segment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Typage de segments (tous, par d\u00e9faut, personnalis\u00e9s et favoris!)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On retrouve une barre de s\u00e9lection rapide entre tous les segments, les segments int\u00e9gr\u00e9s (par d\u00e9faut dans GA), les segments personnalis\u00e9s (les v\u00f4tres) et les favoris.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/juliencoquet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Google-analytics-cohortes-segment-barre-de-s\u00e9lection.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" favoris<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comme pour les annotations dans GA, Gmail et les autres produits Google, on peut utiliser les favoris pour les segments qu&rsquo;on utilise souvent \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><a moteur de recherche de segments<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates comme moi un <em>power user<\/em> de Google Analytics, avec des dizaines de segments disponibles, ce moteur de recherche est juste
