Arguably, the inauguration of Barack Hussein Obama as 44th president of the United States of America will be one of the historic events of our lifetime.
So if your children and grandchildren ask you: “where were you when Obama became president?”, hopefully you’ll have an answer!

Actor Roy Scheider just died at age 75.
Not to be confused with fellow ‘actor’ Rob Schneider, Roy starred in movie classics such as the “Jaws” series, the SeaQuest tv series, The French Connection or 2010.
Rest in peace, Roy, and watch out for sharks in paradise
